Ayurveda as well as Yoga deal with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life from a holistic perspective.

“Every person has their own personal constitution (primordial vibration)… unfavourable influences can cause a change in this vibration pattern, ultimately making people ill… the goal of Ayurveda is to support people in regaining their original vibration.“ Jean-Pierre Crittin

In this Sunday workshop, you will learn:

  • Insights into the Science of Ayurveda
  • An introduction to the individual constitution (primordial vibration) of each human being (Prakriti, Vikriti, Doshas, Koshas and Gunas)
  • How you can practise Yoga in harmony with your own individual constitution
  • SVASTHA – to linger in one’s self. Svastha refers to the state of wellbeing and balance

The power and ability to be healthy lies within ourselves. No external medicine has a similarily strong effect, as the potential for healing is inherent in every human being. In Yoga, awareness and mindfulness are developed in every little action. It promotes intuition and lets us feel and recognize what we need to be healthy on all levels of our existance.
